Getting the Business Angle Right
I spent time understanding why this feature mattered. How would it improve user experience? How could it drive engagement or even impact revenue? By aligning with stakeholders early, I ensured that design wasn’t just solving surface-level problems but was tied to real business impact.


Bridging the Gap with Engineering
A great idea is useless if it can’t be built. I collaborated closely with engineers to figure out what was actually possible—from real-time AI video generation to data security and scalability. Getting technical input early helped us avoid dead ends and move faster.


Making Sure It Delivers Results
Good design should drive action. I worked with product managers to define success metrics—how many users engaged with the reports, took follow-up actions, or felt more confident about their health? Tracking this ensured that our efforts were making a real impact.

Standardized lab test names using Natural Language Processing (NLP) models to ensure consistency.

Used Text-to-Speech (TTS) AI (Google WaveNet, Amazon Polly) to generate natural-sounding doctor narration.

Leveraged AI avatars (Synthesia, D-ID) to create lifelike doctor videos.

Combined dynamic animation tools (Adobe After Effects, Runway ML) to visually present data with charts & highlights.

Mapped extracted values to a medical knowledge base for context.
